Today was a fun day at West Grove Primary School. Ha.
Joey reached first, then me, then laoda, then shijing.
We were standing there outside the main gate. And Mr Tay was there, with the security guards.
Yes, Mr Tay, the music teacher(:
After that we went in to the General Office, and while waiting for Mr Yeo, we were looking at the teachers' board. Damn. Forgot to take a picture of it. Anyway, the vice-principal has changed too. And my brother didn't bother to tell me about it. Grr. It's somebody called Mr Or. -.- West Grove is doomed. Nvm! Pretend I didn't say anything. Oops. Lols.
Then Mr Yeo arrived and we moved our stuff to 5J classroom. It's on the second level. Lols. Now WG has this partial single session where P3-6 are in the morning. Wow.
We are the earliest school. LOLS.
After setting up, we still had time. So we went down to the canteen. DAMN. FORGOT TO TAKE THE CANTEEN. ARGH. Lols nvm.
But anyway, the cleaners recognised me!! So happy can?!
The stall aunties also. Muahaha.
Some P6 students were already hanging out in the canteen. And I got a feeling they were staring at me. Either remembering this fierce bossy prefect, or that my brother talks about me A LOT.
Anyway, my brother came down later. AND BOY WAS HE SURPRISED. Shocked may be a more appropriate word. He was like, "Are you my sister?" Coz apparently he can't see well. Uhhuh. I didn't told him I was coming. I wanted to give him a surprise. And I succeeded.
Didn't hang out with him for long, since I have been a P6 student before and it's a shame to be with your siblings so I don't want to make him feel embarrassed. Lols. I don't mind anyway.
One thing about having you as a prefect, and your brother as a prefect, and you being in a top school is that you and your brother get kinda famous. Like this invincible duo. Except that maybe they don't know your name, but they sure know your brother's.
So what do they call you?
"Hey, are you Darrell's sister?"
"Yo, you Darrell's sister right?"
"Hello Darrell's sister!"
"You must be Darrell's sister! You two look so alike!"
I kinda flinched at the last one, coz it's either a insult or a compliment. Depending on whether you think my brother's good-looking. Lols Whatever.
Main point is, in this school, my name is "Darrell's sister".
Not that I am not proud of it but...
I do love my actual name(:
Anyway, went back, and the fair started.
Had to pull people into the classroom.
And we keep hearing people say, "Cant lah! Score too high liao!" or "Cant lah! RV so high-class!"
Is that good or bad?
Lols.
But I do see some familiar faces, that is, my brothers' friends.
And some prefects.
And some of my friends' siblings.
And my teachers!
Especially Mrs Karin Gan(:
She's still as skinny as ever, even after giving birth. Propro.
Some other schools came too, to promote.
Met beilin, qiuyan's friend(: I don't know if your name is spelt correctly. But anyway I was like going over to the other side and I said "HI I am Priscilla from RV."
Then she went like, "You are THE Priscilla izzit?!"
I started laughing.
"You are the one who helped me with the survey right?!"
Then I was like, OMG, this cannot be her.
"Are you qiuyan's friend?" I asked.
"Yesyes! You helped me with the survey de!! I'm beiling!! Hello!"
Then we started holding hands and squealing hysterically.
I don't know, but I like this girl. LOLS.
Then after that she was scolded by one of her schoolmates for slacking, and we went back to our classrooms. ):
Then the whole thing was kinda boring, not to mention tiring.
The talk Mr Yeo gave was kinda long and boring. We kept telling him to be more "high" and not talk so much, but then he kept saying "Boss wants de."
Lols. The ppt slides may scare off potential future RV-ians lah.
It's like, seriously chim, and if you are not in RV, you will not make a head or tail out of it.

Our eco-pond!!! I miss this place. This is where I hang out when I am emo. Yes, my emo times go back a long way. Ha. And there's this new corner here in the eco-pond, nearing Block C. They build this netting corner there and guess what they grow? PITCHER PLANTS AND VENUS FLYTRAPS. MYgod. I can't believe I walked past without seeing them!! SO COOL CAN?! Why didn't we have this before? Zzzz.

My favourite. The aviary. Again my prefect duty place, when I was in P5. I grew attached to this place while making my rounds during prefect duty during recess. So attached that when I walked past the aviary today, I actually asked the birds if they missed me. HA. Retarded me(:
Our school's magical forest(: Yeahuh. The computers are in those tall things you call TREES. So cute right?(:
Remember this place?! Our reading corner!!!! Last time the wall was painted with pictures of Underwater World. Now they repainted it. It looks much nicer, I admit. And cute! We had story-telling here remember?! Last time, we performed this story about a ghost that was not frightening blahblah. And I will always remember the SCARY-O-METER. HAHA. 6E do you remember? Sighs.

My emo world. ECO-POND!! The rabbits are gone. Lols. They are supposed to live there, with water surrounding them. They didn't commit suicide don't worry.(: And the fishes. AWW. They used to follow my hand when I stretched it out over the water. Apparently to them, I am holding food. So cute. So graceful(:
Look! So many things changed! Even the water cooler. That's Mr Yeo's bottle. And see? There's no more long metal tube to refill your water bottle. Instead, it comes out from a wall. -.-

Our school hall(: I remembered standing up on stage to lead the school in reciting our pledge for a number of times. Lols. It was so scary at first, but after that, it was cool. Ha. I missed this place(:

The back of the parade square. The library is located at the grey tiles over there. Another of my favourite places. I am a librarian!! (: And on top of the library are the maths and science labs, and the AVA room. Behind the plain white walls at the back of the parade square are just corridors near classrooms. On level 3, there's memory lane, where you are introduced to cultures of different races. We used to hate going there because we won't have enough recess time. Lols.(:
Ah. A most memorable place. The main staircase to the hall. Prefects will be blocking entry during recess. So people will crowd around the bottom of the staircase, then when the bell rings, everyone will rush up. It's so cute lah. And this phenomenon is only found in the lower primary because they want to be the first to gather in the hall. But for the seniors, seriously, we don't care less. Anyway, the left of this staircase is the aviary. And here's NT's prefect duty. Lols. (:
In between this staircase and the aviary is the Magical Forest.(: It's funny how we are never tired of running up and down this flight of staircase. (:
